Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel their booking up to [01 days/ 24 hours] before the scheduled service or booking without any penalty.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [01 days/24 hours] of the scheduled service or booking will result in a charge of 100 % of the total service fee.
No Show: Failure to arrive for the scheduled [service/event] without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100 % of the total service fee.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 02 business days via same mode of payment.
